  • 3 lbs of ground chicken
  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon of taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of maple sugar powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 habanero pepper chopped fine (seeded)
  • 1 cubano pepper chopped fine (seeded)
  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped fine (seeded)
  • 1 bell pepper chopped fine (seeded)
  • 2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon  powder
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 2 cups of water (or 1 cup of water and 1 can of chopped tomatoes)
  • 2 cans of northern beans drained
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese for topping
  • oyster crackers (optional)

First cut up all the vegetables and put in crockpot, add the chicken and all the seasoning right into the pot, add the beer, water and beans you are done.  Let it cook on low for about 6-8 hours.  Serve with some shredded cheddar on top and some oyster crackers. Enjoy with a nice cold beer on a nice fall night.  I make this for Halloween, its good when you are in and out and feeding a crowd.
