Crockpot Barbq Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 3 – 5lb pork loin
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2onion chopped fine in a food processor
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup of beer

HOW TO:

Take your crockpot out and put all the ingredients in except the pork and stir it around, add the pork and turn it until completely coated.  Let it cook for about 7 to 8 hours on low.  That is it, once it is done take two forks and pull it apart right in the crockpot..  quick and easy but oh so delicious!!  Serve on a roll, or just like this.
