- 10-12 chicken wings
- 4 roasted garlic (see below)
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup of good parmesan cheese (I use Helluva good)
- 1/4 teaspoon of parmesan for garnish
Cook wings on the grill, make sure you watch them and constantly turn them so they don’t burn. I use an outdoor grill (charcoal) that reaches about 400-500 degrees. I usually cook them about 15 minutes total.
To make the sauce you get a saucepan and put the butter in and let melt, add the wine and the roasted garlic along with the Cajun spice. Once heated add the parmesan cheese and stir for about a minute. Take the sauce and put it into a large bowl and toss wings around.
To make roasted garlic you take the entire garlic cut off just the top and put in foil add a little olive oil on top and put in a 250 degree oven for an 1 1/2 hours. They come out very soft, let them cool and put them in a bowl. You take the entire bulb and squeeze out all the garlic (no paper). It should come out very easy.
Plate the wings and add the reserve cheese on top.
