Tonight I will be creating new recipes that are healthier choices. I am starting the Weight Watchers Diet that uses a point system so I have to take a new creative outlook on food. This will not be endorsed by Weight Watchers, It is not their recipes. They are my own and I am going to put a point value on them as they would when giving a recipe. Hope you stay tuned.
