2 large boneless chicken breasts
3 – 4 ounce pieces of sirloin
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 large sweet onion
TO MAKE SAUCE:
1 cup of chili sauce
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of Sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of honey
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 fresh orange squeezed for juice
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Mexican Chili Powder
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
Small bag of finger potatoes
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup salt
3 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
Boil a pot of water with the salt and once it starts to boil add potatoes. Let cook until the potatoes are soft to a forks touch. Once they are done drain them. In the pot add the butter and Old Bay seasoning, melt down. Add the potatoes back to the pot and stir the mixture, turn off the heat.
Make the sauce by adding all the ingredients together. Put this aside.
Take the chicken and cut into small bite size pieces. Take the beef and cut into small sizes pieces as well. Take both the chicken and the beef and add to the sauce mixture, save about a 1/4 of the sauce for reserve before placing the meat in it. Take out your indoor grill and heat it, once it is ready put the meat onto the grill cook for about 3minute on each side. Take off the grill.
Take the onion and peppers that should be in bite size pieces as well and place it on the grill cook for about 6 minutes until soft and has grill marks. Take off grill.
Serve this with the sauce on the side so that you can add it if you would like.
Serve all this in a big bowl and the potatoes on the side. Enjoy!
